Export WordPress Links with LinkGather



This WordPress plugin shows you how to export the URLs for all your blogs articles in CSV format.

Download the plugin through the WordPress Plugin Repository by searching for LinkGather, or you can just go to the link below:

LinkGather WordPress Plugin

Now you have activated the plugin, you are ready to start using it.

Step by Step Guide


A new link on the left side of your WordPress portal will appear called LinkGather:

When you hover over this tab option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different options available for you:

Click on the Home option, this will take you to the plugins developer page which has instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Click the Post Links offering to navigate you to the page that will display all of your websites published posts’ URL's. Be aware that for the purposes of this instruction, we are using our WordPress test site with just a few URLs in it.

You will now see a list with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. more info However how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

Underneath the URL's list, you should see that LinkGather has also calculated how many post links you have.

You then also have the ability to download the posts in Excel format.

Page Links


The procedure above is exactly the same for Page Links, but instead of supplying back published URLs, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack URLs


The option for JetPack URLs is again exactly the same method as those above, however, JetPack URL's are actually built in short links created by the JetPack plugin. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short more info links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to get those URLs.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.

Hoping that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links menu will bring back all those JetPack URLs that it has gathered:
